What you can do
- Connect the services you use. Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini, OpenRouter and DeepSeek. Each one shows how much of its limit you have used and when it resets.
- See if you are on pace. For limits that reset on a schedule, the app compares how much you have used with how much of the window has passed, and tells you if you are likely to run out early.
- Pick your home screen. View your services as a list, rings or lines, in a light, dark or system theme.
- Keep usage on your home screen. Add a widget or the quick-settings tile to check your limits without opening the app.
- Get alerts. Turn on notifications to hear when a limit is nearly used up (you choose the percentage), when it is reached, or when a sign-in session expires.
Frequently asked questions
How often does it refresh?
Open the app and it refreshes right away. With background refresh on, Android runs a refresh roughly every 15 minutes to keep the widget, tile and alerts current. Android decides the exact timing, especially when battery saver is on.
Why are Gemini and Perplexity not refreshed in the background?
Their usage can only be read while the app is open, so they update when you open OneTokenMeter.
Are the alerts sent from a server?
No. Alerts are created on your phone from the readings it already has. There is no push service and no account behind them.
What does the app need to sign in?
Whatever the service itself uses: a browser sign-in, a device code, a session cookie, or an API key. Credentials are stored encrypted on your phone and sent only to that service.
How do I remove a service or all my data?
Disconnect the service in the app to delete its credential and readings. Uninstalling the app removes everything, because nothing is backed up to the cloud.
A service stopped showing numbers. What happened?
Some services have no official usage API, so the app reads the same information their websites show you. If a service changes its site, that reading can break until the app is updated. Tell us at support@onetokenmeter.com and mention the service.
